The goal was simple: a fully furnished lower level that felt elevated yet effortless, with generous seating, durable materials, and an easy flow for everyday lounging and high-energy game-day celebrations.
Custom solutions shaped the space from the start. A made-to-scale sectional and oversized ottoman create a flexible “landing zone” for snacks, feet-up evenings, and extra seating when the house is full. High-performance fabrics and a rich brick-toned palette bring warmth and energy, while a banquette dining nook adds another gathering spot that doubles as game-night seating. The showpiece is a custom TV wall and storage system in warm-stained hickory—crafted with local makers to complement the home’s existing high-end finishes.
