New Construction & Renovations

The key to a successful renovation or build (and most things in life) is to create a strong foundation from the beginning.

We help to guide you from the beginning, obtaining a feasibility study and initial floorplan conception and seamlessly working alongside your builder and/or architect. We love and encourage collaboration! The most detailed planning makes for the best projects, allowing for a seamless process from the initial concept to the final styling.

While every project is unique deliverables typically include floor planning, drafting, elevations, realistic rendering, space planning, interior architectural detailing, lighting specifications, fabric and furniture specifications, window treatments, wall treatments, color specifications, project oversight, product procurement, warehousing, delivery, installation and so much more.

Our clients appreciate this service as it saves them hours of their time and reduces costly mistakes—allowing for peace of mind and an enjoyable experience in what could be an otherwise hectic time.

Furnishings & Décor

Whether you are starting from the ground up with new construction or looking to refresh an existing space, adding the right design and furnishing elements can transform a house into a home. Our connections and relationships we build with clients aid in the overall journey of finding the balance between a home that is approachable yet refined.

While each project is unique, deliverables typically include furniture layout plans, design boards, material samples, fabric and furniture specifications, realistic rendering, sourcing, project oversight, product procurement, warehousing, delivery, installation and so much more.

Our true white glove experience allows our clients to enjoy the process. To ensure we can give you an end product you’ll love for years to come, we ask potential clients to assume a minimum investment for product of $20,000.00

Whether your kitchen or bath (or maybe both) needs a “refresh” or a full renovation, we help our clients by designing functional and timeless designs!
